Aatithyah - Hotel Management & Guest App
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your Aatithyah account and all associated data, please follow the process outlined below. This applies to both the Aatithyah Hotelier Dashboard and the Aatithyah Guest App.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile information, booking history (except legally required records), and any uploaded government ID documents from our active systems within 30 days.
Send an email from your registered email address to:
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include: Your registered phone number and property name (for hotelier accounts) or your registered phone number (for guest app accounts).
Verification: The request must originate from your registered email ID for identity verification.
Upon successful verification of your identity, the following actions will be taken:
Account Permanently Deleted
Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days of verification.
Personal Data Removed
All personal data including profile details, login credentials, session logs, and device information will be permanently erased.
ID Documents Deleted
Any uploaded identity documents (photos, scans) will be permanently removed from our secure storage.
Confirmation Sent
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, certain records may be retained even after account deletion:
These retained records are anonymized where possible and are not used for marketing or profiling purposes.
